1Q:I downloaded my files but I can’t see them. What is going on?
A: Your files will come in a .ZIP folder. To use the images you must first unzip and extract the files. The steps to do so are as follows:
1.Go to the folder you downloaded your images to.
2.Right Click on the .zip folder and click “extract all”
3.Your folder is now unzipped and your designs are ready for use

*Please note if you download your images on a phone or tablet you may not be able extract them properly. For best results download to a laptop or desktop*
2Q: I uploaded my image to Cricut Design Space and it is missing an eye or otherwise malfunctioning.
A: Check to make sure you are using an image designed for cut machines. We have full color designs that are meant strictly for print projects as opposed to vinyl cutting. Each product has a description describing its intended use. Also Cricut design space can use SVG files however the best files to use for vinyl cutting are the black PNG files. They can be uploaded and saved as cut projects.
3Q: Why don't all of your SVG files work for Cricut design space or Silhouette Cameo?
A: All of the images are designed and created for different uses. SVG stands for scalable Vector graphic and this file type is great for several uses and is designed to be edited in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and inkscape. Some of our files are created specifically to be edited by other professional designers that focus on print projects such as t-shirts invitations cards Etc. These files are not created the same as cut files; therefore they are not always interchangeable. All images and files specifically intended for cutting machines will be addressed in the product description.
4Q: My download link expired, what do I do?
A: Not a problem,simply email us at help@diversesvg.com with the email you use to make your order and we will reset your download link within 48 hours
5Q: I did not get my download email after purchase, what do I do?
A: Email us at help@diversesvg.com with the email you used for your order. We will resend the email. Also check your spam folder, some email providers send your download links directly to spam. If you have a Gmail account check your “updates” folder as well
6Q: What Comes with the commercial use license?
These designs can be used to create and sell any physical product. The image files themselves cannot be shared or resold. Nor can they be used for anything that would prevent them from being used my the general public. (ie a business logo or any design included in a trademark)
7Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of digital downloads we are unable to offer refunds however if you ordered the wrong design in error please reach out and we can work to resolve it. Reoccurring subscriptions can not be refunded once the payment processes. To prevent unwanted charges please cancel membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
8Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel at anytime by logging into your membership account area and clicking "Cancel Membership" on this page: https://diversesvg.com/membership-account/membership-cancel/ You should receive a confirmation email from www.DiverseSVG.com as well as Paypal.com . If you do not receive one please contact customer service at help@diversesvg.com
